It’s been quite a month of Tishri both for me personally and for the world…but I digress. The 29th day was too early for the moon to be seen in Jerusalem so the 8th month Cheshvan will begin by default on the 30th day, October 12th. It is always best if the moon is seen. Sometimes it is not due to weather conditions. Calendar resources will be provided soon. This web site is still just a seedling.
